Crockpot Frozen Chicken

Crockpot Frozen Chicken

Frozen chicken is a staple in our house. We make sure to always have some on hand and like to make some sort of chicken every week. The fact that it’s frozen gives some leeway as then it’s not like we HAVE to cook it. What I do not like, is thawing it. It’s such a pain and I’m not one to leave it out or put it in the fridge a day before or whatever other people may do. I don’t think of it. I don’t have room in the fridge.

Enter Crockpot. This easy and delicious recipe is a favorite in our house. It’s extremely versatile as you can pair the chicken with salad, rice, veggies, potatoes, pasta, tacos, fajitas, sandwiches, wraps and whatever else you can think of! Enjoy!
